The PODERM® DOUBLE PROTECTION FOR Bunions & Plantar Pain forms a thick double protection at the level of the hallux valgus deformation zone, as well as at the level of the sole of the foot, to immediately relieve pain, limit friction, distribute pressure and absorb micro-shocks of the foot.

Indeed, the deformation of the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint (Hallux Valgus) creates an imbalance of the forefoot and excessive plantar support. It is therefore advisable to protect the sole of the foot in addition to the hallux valgus (bunion). The PATENTED PODERM® Gel protects the plantar padding and joints while immediately relieving pain.

• AIFORM PODERM® fabric is specifically designed to allow the skin to breathe, wick away perspiration and allow the natural ingredients of PODERM Gel to pass through. Its polyester fibers are both flexible and resistant to adapt to all types of flexible shoes.
• The patented inner gel pad concentrated with Arnica provides immediate comfort to soothe, soften, purify and repair the conflict area. It prevents and promotes the disappearance of calluses.
What is HALLUX VALGUS? Hallux valgus, also commonly called a "bunion", is the most common pathology of the forefoot. It is a deformation of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe. Hallux valgus can be very painful, both at the level of the joint and at the level of the skin.

Application :

The PODERM® DOUBLE PROTECTION FOR HALLUX VALGUS & PLANTAR PAIN is worn directly against the skin, on either the right or left foot (turn the orthosis over). The product fits all types of flexible shoes and comes in two sizes: S or L.

The product is reusable. Hand wash the product with warm water and let it dry. Do not use more than 16 hours a day. Do not apply to an open wound. Diabetics and people with blood circulation problems should seek the advice of a healthcare professional before use.
